- Group Registration Management--when you register more than 1 person, you will create a group portal to change registrant name, add payments, and encourage your group to sign up on their own (while still giving you access to who signed up from your church).

- After 8:00 pm--Late Night @ The Summit

- There are 4 options to get started with registration. The option you choose will determine how you register. Please read the information given. If you have questions, please email or call.
- Fill out your information and the information of those you are registering. If you've created a group, you can always fill in all the registration using your information and update it with the correct names later.
- Registration for the BBQ Competition & Golf Tournament may be completed without a Summit registration. Registration for these activities will remain open until Friday, August 7, 2020.
- Online you can make payments with credit or debit card.

After this date, you will be
charged a $10 late payment fee & your initial housing reservation MAY NOT be
held for you.

All Other Refunds:
$30 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but is transferable. At ANYTIME, anything you paid may be transferred to someone else. Contact Shannon for details.
- Until August 25, 2020, everything you've paid, minus the $30 deposit is refundable.
- August 26-September 11, 2020, 50% of what you've paid minus the $30 deposit is refundable.
- After September 12, 2020, everything you've paid is NON-REFUNDABLE*
*Refunds based on a medical emergency will be handled on a case by case basis.
**NO HOUSING REFUNDS OR OTHER REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR LEAVING THE SUMMIT EARLY**
